Aren Register extends the functionality of Aren Payroll to include some HR features, e.g. leave processing and support for structured, position-based organisations.
It lets you specify the posts available in your organisation and then assign employees to these posts. As new employees join they are assigned to the posts you specify. Employees are retained in the system until they leave the organisation. Reports on active and former employees are provided.
The system helps you keep track of annual leave days earned and taken by employees. You are also able to record all absence from work. Annual reports on leave and absence are available.
You can capture a lot more employee data than with Aren Payroll including contacts, photos, next-of-kin and dependants.
As with Aren Payroll, two editions of Aren Register are available. The Standard edition is single-user and caters for monthly workers only. The Enterprise edition supports up to three concurrent users and can handle monthly, biweekly, weekly and irregular pay frequencies.
